The Alameda de Hércules is Seville's outdoor living room, a long plaza of trees and terraces where the queer crowd takes over the benches as soon as it is warm. Walk through Parque de María Luisa in the afternoon, then watch the light go gold from the Metropol Parasol. El Bosque Animado on the Alameda is the easy first drink, and the plaza will still be going when you come back out.
Feria in April turns the whole city into a fairground. Any other night, lingering on the Alameda until the orange trees smell stronger is enough.
