Stay and hang with queers in Brussels

Around Place Fontainas and the Dansaert streets, Brussels keeps its queer life small and walkable. Spend the afternoon along the canal, or in the Bois de la Cambre if you want trees. Rainbowhouse on the Kolenmarkt does quizzes and karaoke, and Tels Quels next door has been a meeting point for decades.

Belgian Pride in May takes over the centre. Any other night, a last drink on the square with your new friends is a perfectly good closer.
